It’s a Big Party
If your event has more then 100 guest we will need to allow for these numbers with extra team, Glassware, Ice, Cocktail Garnishes and an extra bar to ensure the fast and efficient service to you and your guests.
Drop of & Pickup
We pride ourselves on being at your event early to be set up and ready to go. This also is the case in our Pack down, fast and efficient and vacating the event once all the van & glasses have been cleaned and packed away. However we understand that sometimes our van may need to have a sleepover for one reason or another. Pls be advised an extra cost will be incurred of $150 if we need to collect her the next day.
Travel
We love to travel and the beautiful thing about our Van and bar services is that we can literally go ANYWHERE. However if your event is located more then 40km away from our home on the northern beaches there will be a travel fee of $2.00 per km to your event and home to cover the costs of bringing our beautiful van and team to you.

We also have a range of premium ADD ONs to make your day extra special. These can be added to any package just ask us at time of booking, Happy to customise to suit your event & needs.
On The Rocks
This is our Spirits package. You will note this needs to be added on to your package and is not inclusive. It includes 3 forms of spirits chosen by you and 3 mixes of your choice. You will also require extra Ice. We only run this for a set time frame that can be chosen by you ie after dinner or before reception. 3 hours = $550
Cocktail Hour
Would you like the option of a Welcome cocktail for your guests? We now offer the option of your chosen cocktail to be served for an hour at the time allocated by you. Ie pre wedding/reception or maybe prior to dinner with the appetizers. 1 hour = $200
Tea & Coffee
Need tea and coffee? Add our Tea & Coffee package into your event for up to 100 guests. It includes disposable cups, premium herbal tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk & sugar. Up to 100 guests = $150
Game, Set, Match
Our outdoor games package is a must have for every event. It consists of a selection of outdoor games from giant Jenga, naughts & Crosses, lawn Bowls and other family favourites. This ensures your guests are kept entertained whilst they enjoy a drink and socialise. $250 for the duration of your event.
Champagne Tower
For that little bit extra pizazz with gorgeous glasses and set up in your event on its own table. who doesn’t love a beautiful champagne tower. Guaranteed to create that special moment at every event. $150
Table Wine Service
Sometimes that little extra silver service is exactly what you need to up the ante and add that finishing touch to your service. Table wine service can be organised at an added cost so please ask if this is an extra you would like included.
Florals & Menus
Custom florals for the Bar or a personalized Bar Menu created to pair back with the theme of your event, are also a nice touch we can add in for you.
They Finish off the top of the bar beautifully and allow your guests to know exactly what drinks are being served. Just ask us how to get these also for your special event.
Other extras
- If more then 10 bags of ice is required and we need to purchase more mid event.
- Broken glassware to be audited at end of event – $2 per glass
- Extra Pop up Bar – $600 each
- Extra Staff/Team – $40 per hour
